Orders within the United States typically arrive within 10-15 business days (UTC/GMT -5:00), including processing and shipping. We work with trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS for reliable delivery.
We do our best to ship your orders from our warehouses as quickly as possible. After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to your email address.
There is NO FEE for changing the shipping address BEFORE we provide you with the tracking number.
If you have already registered on Mizuruk.com, you can track your order, shipping, and handling information on your account. If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order here using your Order ID and email.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately. We will not charge additional handling fees and will provide a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
